How long does production typically take?

For items made from our boutique’s available fabrics, production usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the garment. For custom fabrics, production may take an additional week to receive the material.

What if I have a tight deadline?

If you need your garment by a specific date, please inform us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Can I return or exchange my garment?

You can return or exchange any non-personalized garment within 14 days of delivery. Please review the conditions on our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How can I be sure that my garment will fit well?

All garments available in our boutique have been carefully designed and tested for fit. If you’re unsure, you can use our Sample Service worldwide and order a mock-up of the garment with fabric swatches for a nominal fee.

How can I order a custom garment or choose a custom fabric?

Can I order a custom garment that isn’t listed in the boutique?
